Based on continuous production for 300 days a year and 7,000 to 10,000 square meters of production per day, the annual production capacity has reached 470 to 670 million square meters.

The traditional detection methods and performance requirements of building ceramic tiles are no longer applicable to slate products. In view of this, the industry has carried out multiple and multi-dimensional discussions and discussions on ceramic slate standards, which has played a positive role in promoting and promoting the research and development, production, technology improvement and standard setting of ceramic slates. At present, many "Ceramic Slate" group standards have been released and implemented in the industry, which has played a positive role in standardizing the healthy, sustainable and high-quality development of the industry. At the same time, the research on the group standard of "Ceramic Slate" has also laid a solid foundation for the formulation of the national standard of "Ceramic Slate".
In order to cooperate with the transformation and upgrading of the ceramic industry, fill the vacancy in the national standard for ceramic slate, a new product, and further regulate the healthy development of the ceramic slate industry, the China Building and Sanitary Ceramics Association took the lead in formulating the national standard for "Ceramic Slate".
