On June 30, the Foshan Municipal Development and Reform Bureau and the Foshan Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau jointly released the "Summary Table of Responsibility Assessment Results for the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" Energy Saving Targets of Foshan's "Wanjia" Key Energy-Using Units".
There are 160 "Wanjia" key energy-consuming units in Foshan City, of which 6 are at the "overfulfilled" level, 104 are at the "completed" level, 48 are at the "basically completed" level, and 1 is "unfinished" "level, 1 company has discontinued production.
According to statistics, a total of 41 companies in the construction and ceramics industry have been included in the assessment, of which 1 company has an assessment grade of "unfinished"; 11 companies have an assessment grade of "basically completed"; 26 companies have an assessment grade of "completed"; Three companies including Foshan Gaoming Best Ceramics Co., Ltd., Foshan Kohler Co., Ltd., and Foshan Hengjie Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. are rated as "overfulfilled".
It is reported that enterprises with assessment results of "Complete" level need to further improve their energy efficiency levels; enterprises with assessment results of "Uncompleted" or "Basically Completed" level need to strengthen energy management and actively adopt the method based on their respective production and operation realities. Advanced technology carries out energy-saving technological transformation to effectively reduce energy consumption.
For key energy-consuming enterprises that have not completed the energy-saving target responsibility evaluation and assessment of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", the relevant government departments will, in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and policy documents, adopt delayed approval and limited approval of new and expanded high-energy-consuming projects, and order the implementation of energy-saving projects.
