At the same time, larger panels such as 900×1800mm will also be scheduled for full line production.
Luo Xuan introduced that at present, the daily production capacity of Roosevelt Ceramics' 600×1200mm large plates has reached 50,000 square meters. After the epidemic this year, the company launched new products online, as well as new products such as Xiaokang large plates and Zebra porcelain polishing plates. Promotion, 600×1200mm has become the mainstream specification of Roosevelt ceramic floor tile products. Sales through self-owned channels have reached more than 80%, and only about 20% of production capacity is provided to OEMs.
It is understood that as the profit margin of traditional 800×800mm glazed tiles continues to be compressed, large slabs are strongly sought after by terminal dealers. Taking the 600×1200mm specification as an example, only a few ceramic companies were able to achieve full-line production in the high-security large-panel production line last year., most of them focus on inventory and OEM. This year, a considerable number of ceramic companies' large-panel production lines can achieve full capacity production, and more than 90% of companies have launched or are building large-panel production lines.
It is worth noting that the large plate lines planned and constructed by Gaoan Ceramics Enterprises this year are mainly large-capacity. The daily production capacity of the newly put into production of 600×1200mm large plate lines such as Sun Ceramics and Asus Ceramics has reached 35,000 square meters.
It is a law of the market that the volume increases and the price decreases. With the continuous increase in the production capacity of 600×1200mm large boards, the price of products of this specification has dropped by about 18% year-on-year.

Stone slabs are the hottest products in the ceramic industry in 2020. Since the second half of this year, leading ceramic companies in Jiangxi production areas have successively planned to launch slate products, setting off a "new craze" for slates in Jiangxi production areas.
Currently, only Xinzhongyuan Ceramics and Putin Ceramics in Gaoan officially produce slate series products. In the second half of this year, Putin Ceramics will launch a series of slate products. The company's newly planned production line for slates with specifications below 1200×2700mm will also be put into production in November. At the same time, Gao'an's leading local ceramics companies have also begun to keep up with the development trend of rock slabs and expand their production lines.
Hu Yao, chairman of Sun Ceramics Co., Ltd., said that this year, Sun Group will dismantle and rebuild all its production lines with backward equipment, and adjust the product structure according to the company and future market demand trends. Currently, the company is planning a rock slab production line, mainly focusing on rock slabs with a size of less than 2 meters, and plans to put it into production in April next year.
In addition, the fourth production line of Xinjing Ceramics Base under Asus Ceramics Group has been planned to produce rock slabs; in September, Golden Triangle Ceramics reached a strategic cooperation with Sacmi Group, Italy's top ceramic equipment company, and introduced rock slab production equipment. The slate production line will be put into operation in March next year, and the construction of the production line has already begun.
It is understood that in the second half of this year, there will be three rock slab deep processing companies in Gao'an Ceramics Base.The processing enterprise has been put into operation. At the same time, ceramic companies such as Xinzhongyuan and Putin have established deep processing workshops for rock slabs within the factory.
